Background:
Under Subtitle E of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA), EPA is required to develop a set of voluntary guidelines that address the siting of school facilities. EPA's Office of Children's Health Protection (OCHP) has posted a draft of these guidelines on the Web and is requesting public comment and feedback on them. Comments on these draft guidelines are due by [add end date].
